“I mean, with the likes of Cáca Milis, anything is possible!”
Patrick McCabe (introduction to Red Lamp Black Piano).
An anthology of fiction, poetry, prose and humour from some of the motley and talented artists who have participated in the alternative arts event, The Cáca Milis Cabaret.
The format of the book is very much in keeping with the spirit of the cabaret, juxtaposing established and emerging talent, featuring poets like Erin Fornoff or Stephen James Smith from the spoken word scene with contributions from more established writers and poets such as Dermot Bolger, Emer Martin or Philip Casey. Genres from short stories and poetry to satire and humour all make an appearance. For full list of contributors, please scroll down.
